Level 1 — Tactical
Get into the answer.
Your buyers are asking AI assistants specific questions right now. Which supplier is best for their problem. Whether you or your competitor is the better fit. What the alternatives to your product are.
Every one of those questions produces an answer, and that answer names companies.
Level 1 is the work of getting your name into those answers — for the questions that lead to revenue, not the ones that flatter your traffic numbers.
Emphasis on work. We find the gaps, and then we go and close them.
What we do
Five stages. The first three are diagnosis, which is where most of this category stops. The fourth is where we earn the fee.
Map the questions that matter
We build the prompt set your buyers actually use — not keyword volumes, but the phrasing of real purchase questions, from "what is" through to "X vs Y" and "best for". In every language your buyers use, because assistants answer differently in German than they do in English.
This is the foundation, and it is where most AI visibility work goes wrong: optimising for questions nobody asks produces impressive dashboards and no pipeline.
Establish where you stand
We run that prompt set across the major assistants and record what comes back: visibility (whether you appear), position (first name or afterthought), sentiment (how you are described), alongside whom, and citing which sources.
You get a baseline that is uncomfortable to read and extremely useful to have.
Find why your competitors are there and you are not
Every AI answer is built from sources. We trace them — the pages, reviews, listings, articles and threads the models draw on — and identify the specific gaps between what exists about your competitors and what exists about you.
We also separate brand mentions from source citations, because they are different problems. Being quoted without being named means your content is good enough and your brand presence is not.
Close the gaps The part dashboards skip
We write and rebuild the content that makes you citable: answer-first pages, comparison content, definitions, the material AI systems reach for when a buyer asks who is best at what. We restructure your site and its markup so machines can parse and quote you accurately.
And where the gap sits outside your own domain — a stale listing, an outdated review profile, a comparison article that has you wrong — we go and get it corrected, rather than adding it to a recommendations slide.
You approve the plan and the content. We do the rest.
Measure, report, adjust
Movement shows in the platform continuously. Once a month you get a written review: what moved, what did not, what we are changing, and what we need from you. Short enough to read on a phone, detailed enough to forward to a CFO.
What you get
Who this is for
A good fit
Companies that know their category, know who they compete with, and want to stop losing shortlist positions they never knew existed.
It works fastest in defined B2B and specialist consumer categories where buying questions are specific — and in non-English European markets, where the gaps tend to be widest and almost nobody is looking.
A poor fit
If you have no clear positioning yet. If you cannot say in one sentence what you are best at, the models cannot either — and that is a Level 2 problem, not a Level 1 one.
We will tell you which of the two you need at the scorecard stage, before you commit to anything.
Questions
Which AI assistants do you cover?
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode, Gemini, Claude and Microsoft Copilot as standard. Coverage changes as the market does; we add platforms when they start influencing real buying decisions in your category, not when they launch.
Do you work in languages other than English?
German, French, Italian, Spanish and English as standard, with others added where your buyers are. This matters more than most people expect: assistants often name different brands depending on the language of the question, because they draw on national review sites, local directories and domestic press. A company can be well represented in English and effectively absent in German.
Can you guarantee we will appear?
No, and be sceptical of anyone who does. AI assistants generate answers dynamically from sources they weigh in ways no one outside those companies controls. What we can commit to is doing the work that demonstrably shifts the odds, showing you the movement transparently, and telling you early if your category is one where progress will be slow.
We already use a monitoring tool. Do we still need you?
Keep it. Use it to check our work — we would rather you did. Monitoring tools tell you where you stand and hand you a list of things to fix; we are the ones who go and fix them. Running a third-party tool alongside us is the cleanest way to verify that what we report is real.
What do you need from us?
A written brief at the start, access to your website and analytics, one person empowered to approve content, and replies within a couple of days. That is genuinely it. No workshops.
Find out where you stand
Tell us your category and your three main competitors. We will run your visibility across the major AI assistants and send you a written scorecard: where you appear, where they appear instead, how each of you is described, and the three things we would fix first.
